Award-winning photographer Peter Greenhalf has worked in the South East of England for over 30 years. Much of his work is informed by a deep love of the Sussex countryside and of Britain’s Neolithic landscape; an interest that developed when he was a child.
Peter is one of a very few photographers who process their own film and print in their own darkrooms. All of his Black and White photographs are hand printed in his harbour-side studio, using traditional systems, including numerous layers of toning, to achieve depth and colour. His stunning images capture the mystery, subtlety and power of the coastline and of ancient, sacred sites in Britain and beyond. .
