Combining his skilled use of Japanese tools, Japanese ideology and designs, and his study of the Arts and Crafts movement, Andrew Poder creates highly individual boxes using only the finest traditional English hardwoods lined with textiles and aromatic cedar. His high-end boxes are the ideal gift for many occasions: a wedding, retirement, a special birthday, or possibly a gift to yourself for your own enjoyment. Along with his own creations, many commissioned works have been undertaken - including two pieces for the royal family, As a member of the Sussex Guild, Andrew's work is exhibited at their craft shows around the Sussex area, plus his work can now be seen and purchased at the Reigate Pop Up shop. Living and working in Dorking all his life, the quality emanating from his workshop is without compromise as his customers old and new will happily confirm.
